About the Author
Catherine Vance holds degrees from both the University of Texas at Austin and Texas A&M, as well as an MFA in Creative Writing (Fiction) from Washington University in St. Louis. She was a recipient of the Dobie-Paisano Award from the Texas Institute of Letters. Over the years, she has run a literacy organization and written book/art/travel reviews for a newspaper. She is an interfaith chaplain at MD Anderson Hospital and teaches creative writing for Writespace Houston. Her novel, The Mountains Under Her Feet, is now available.
